Furniture in the Late Period
In the late New Kingdom the custom to place objects of daily use into the tombs stopped. Therefore it is very hard to follow the development of furniture in the Late Period. Depictions of furniture still exist, but it often hard to say (far harder than in the earlier periods) to what extent such images are stylized.
