Several pieces of good news this week:

(1) Dominik Bullach (LSGNT student based at King's) has been awarded an EPSRC Doctoral Prize fellowship, and will be working here for a year from the autumn)

(2) Luciano Rila has been appointed to the LMS Women in Mathematics Committee

(3) Christina Pagel has won the RSS Statistical Excellence in Journalism Award "Best statistical commentary by a non-journalist" for her piece Physics: Do girls avoid it because it’s too hard? in BBC Science Focus, 9 May 2022
