- Veronica Bitonti, who is a first year undergraduate student, has been invited to present at the "Tomorrow's Mathematicians Today" conference. Her talk is entitled "A mathematical view of space".
- Chris Evans has been awarded his PhD. His thesis, titled "Lagrangian mean curvature flow in the complex projective plane" was supervised by Felix Schulze.
- Liam Escott passed his PhD viva yesterday with minor corrections. His thesis, titled "The rheology of weakly-viscoelastic multiphase systems using a cell model", was supervised by me.
