Department News, June 2021 Part 2

1) The Adams Prize, which is awarded annually by the University of Cambridge, has two winners this year - and they are both from this department! Many congratulations to Jeff Galkowski and Mahir Hadzic for this very prestigious award.

(2) Karen Page has been awarded a grant by the Leverhulme Trust, titled "Mathematical Modelling of Diatom Frustule Morphogenesis and Evolution of Shape"

(3) Alex Stokes has been awarded a JSPS Fellowship from the Royal Society, and will be a postdoc at the University of Tokyo from November.
