Mother of Mary Ann Goodridge and mother-in-law of Hinds Howell (q.v.). Born Barbados c. 1788.

In 1851 Mary J. Goodridge mother-in-law aged 63 born Barbados was living at Rectory House, Bridestowe Devon with Hinds and Mary A Howell (both born Barbados) and their children aged 5-18 (all born Devon), and with Hinds Howell's mother Elizabeth Thornhill Howell aged 75 and his sisters Agnes (35) and Jane (32), all born Barbados.
