Harbourne Barnwell Jones, daughter of Thomas Battyn Jones and his wife Elizabeth née Miller, sister of Kesia Jones (q.v.) and sister-in-law of John Clairmonte Abrams (q.v., who married her sister Mary).
Baptised 08/04/1803 at St Michael, Barbados, daughter of Thomas Battyn Jones and Elizabeth.
Harbourne Barnwell Jones registered her own enslaved people in Barbados, 1817, 1820, 1829, 1832 and 1834.
Not found in the 1841, 1851 or 1861 British censuses, but by 1871 she was living with her neice Louisa Easty at Nelson House, Nelson Street, Ryde, Isle of Wight, age 68, unmarried, born in Barbados. In the 1881 and 1891 censuses she was still with her neice in Ryde, at the Towers, West Street, and 28 Queens Road, "Annuitant" and "Living on own means". Death of Harbourne Branwell Jones age 94 registered Q4 1896 Isle of Wight, Hampshire.
She was buried in Ryde Cemetery, Isle of Wight: "Sacred to the memory of Harbourne Barnwell Jones fourth daughter of Thomas Battyn Jones born 28th June 1802 died 15th October 1896."
