Biography

William Laborde as trustee and guardian for Rosalie Nanton and her child was awarded the compensation for 31 enslaved people at Gomia, St Vincent. He had registered the same group of enslaved people at 31/12/1830, in turn for Rosalie Nanton and her children, they having been conveyed to him by John George Nanton. Rosalie Nanton and John George Nanton baptised children in London in 1816 (Alexander) and 1824 (Caroline Henrietta).
