Biography

Heiress of her brother John Harrison and widow of John Walke.

  1. Administration of the will of Mary Walke widow of Upper George Street Portman Square [but late of Pangbourne] granted 22/07/1829. In the will [made in 1816] she left 25 guineas to her grandson Harrison Walke Sober and the rest of her estate to her grand-daughters Judith Sober and Eliza Jennett Sober. In a barely comprehensible codicil from Pangbourne dated 11th Feb. [1825] she appears to have been juggling her inflows from her annuity and and outflows on rent and housekeeping.
