Joseph Francis Sill Barrett, second son of Wisdom Barrett (d. 1798). Bequeathed an annuity of £1,000 p/a on Spot Valley estate. To date nothing further of him has been traced except his marriage in 1789 and his widow Lucy nee Swinburne's remarriage in 1804 to Sir John Hill (q.v.).
