Baptism of Elizabeth McKenzie daughter of Theodore Foulkes and Mary his wife in Clarendon, 01/05/1784. Burial of Elizabeth McKenzie Foulks of 72 St John's Wood Terrace, Marylebone, age 70, at Kensal Green Cemetery, 07/03/1855.
