Biography

Slave-owner in Jamaica, apparently resident, co-owner with Charles Nicholas Pallmer (q.v.) of an estate called Retirement in St Thomas-in-the-Vale, and owner of a smaller estate called Clifton, which was possibly combined with Retirement after 1825. His will of 1828 was reported to be in the Jamaica Archives.
