T71/877: claim by John Gray, Rebecca Maria H. Gilchrist and E. G. Gilchrist, as owners in fee. Counterclaim from John Adams Wood, of the town and parish of St John's, Antigua, as 'assignee of the whole compensation money subject to the counterclaim of Sam. and Chas. Turner'. Hardman Earle and J. Hayward Turner, of Liverpool, were the assignees of Samuel & Chas. Turner, judgement creditors for £499 17s 5d. 'Consent signed by John Hopton Forbes and J. Adams Wood for the award of payment to [Earle and JH Turner] of £499 17s 5d & the residue of the compensation money or £1575 18s 41/4 d to J.A. Wood now residing at 17 Woburn Place, Russell Square, Middlesex'.
