Vicky joined the Faculty of Laws as a MPhil candidate in September 2023. Prior to the MPhil/PhD programme, Vicky attained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons.) from UCL and later a Master of Arts (MA) in Medical Ethics & Law from King's College London.  Vicky's PhD research is supported by the Faculty of Laws' Research Opportunity Scholarship.

Vicky’s thesis seeks to examine the place of dishonesty within professional healthcare practice. In doing this, she aims to present a pragmatic way of interpreting both the theoretical and practical understanding of dishonesty, while connecting the philosophical issues with the reality of this area, thus making helpful suggestions for standardisation of the treatment of dishonesty within healthcare professional regulation.
