"Recommended to me by my manager, I have completed a two-Day online course on Drafting "legal" clauses in commercial clauses delivered by Mark Anderson through UCL Laws. It was really helpful and practical for legal terms that we use everyday in drafting commercial contracts. Apart from a lecture style of delivery, the course also had practical exercises where participants can point out errors in bad drafting and how to correctly imply legal terms.
