We are delighted to announce that UCL Laws has been ranked number two in the recently published Complete University Guide Law League Table 2025, moving up one place from last year’s position.

The subject league table for Law ranks 109 institutions in the UK, using measures including entry standards, student satisfaction, graduate prospects and research quality.

This fantastic result adds to UCL Laws' excellent performance in national and international league tables, as well as UCL Laws being rated the top law school for research quality in the UK (REF 2021).

Professor Eloise Scotford (Dean of UCL Laws) commented:

"We are delighted to have our teaching and research excellence recognised in the Complete University Guide this year. Our history and vision as an inclusive and energetically pioneering law school, with uncompromising standards of excellence, is one to which we are deeply committed and we believe breeds the best kind of success. Our wonderful students and staff deserve much credit for this recognition."
