Dr Danae Azaria begins her position as Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School (2023)

Dr Azaria is at Harvard Law School from February to December 2023, where she will be continuing her research on State Silence.

Dr Danae Azaria, Associate Professor at UCL Laws, has begun her position as Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School (2023).
While at Harvard, she will be writing part of her book on ‘State Silence in International Law’, setting out a taxonomy of State silences, and analysing the legal effects of State silence and the conditions under which silence can produce such effects.
