UCL Laws’ Dr Matt Fisher & Professor Sir Robin Jacob shortlisted for UCL Education Awards 2023

The annual Education Awards celebrate the achievements of staff and students through the UCL Education Awards (staff nominated by staff), the Student Choice Awards (staff nominated by students), and the Academic Rep of the Year Award.

The shortlist for the UCL Student Choice Awards 2023 were published this week, with staff from across UCL being recognised for their efforts in research, teaching, and sustainable education and more. The Student Choice Awards give students the chance to thank members of staff across UCL who have inspired and supported them.

We are delighted to share that the following UCL Laws staff have been shortlisted for the following Student Choice Awards:

• The Rt. Hon. Professor Sir Robin Jacob (Sir Hugh Laddie Chair of Intellectual Property Law, Director of UCL IBIL) - Excellent Personal Tutoring
• Dr Matt Fisher (Senior Lecturer, Co-Director of UCL IBIL) - Exceptional Feedback and Outstanding Research Supervision

Dr Fisher has also been nominated for a UCL Education Award, in the Assessment and Feedback category.
