Applications to the Master of Laws (LLM) programme for 2023 entry now open
19 October 2022
Applications for the 10 month Master of Laws (LLM) programme at UCL Laws for September 2023 entry are now open.
Our 10 month LLM programme allows our students entering the job market to gain a real head start to their career, giving them the opportunity to apply for summer legal internships and wider international opportunities. It also benefits students who are already experienced legal practitioners to return to their employment sooner with the knowledge and understanding they have acquired.
Students join a community of some of the brightest and most ambitious graduate students from all over the world. Our LLM programme provides the ideal platform for you to develop expertise in specialist subject areas, and benefit from research-led teaching from the people who are recognised as experts in their field.
How to apply
Applications must be made via UCL's online application portal. We have compiled guidance on entry requirements and submitting an application - including references, writing a personal statement, and written work.
Join our LLM Online Open Day
Register for our Online Open Day session on Wednesday 9 November, 1-2pm GMT, for your opportunity to ask any questions you may have about studying with us.
Hear from our incoming Dean, Professor Eloise Scotford, the LLM Admissions team, UCL Centre for Access to Justice, and Professor Graham Penn (Professor of International Finance Law), who will also deliver a taster lecture.
