Dr Azaria appointed member of the Advisory Panel on Public International Law at BIICL

Dr Danae Azaria has been appointed member of the Advisory Panel on Public International Law at the British Institute for International and Comparative Law.

In July 2021, Dr Danae Azaria, Associate Professor (UCL) and Director of the ERC State Silence Project, was appointed member of the Advisory Panel on Public International Law at the British Institute of British and Comparative Law (BIICL). Members of the Advisory Panel are ‘selected individuals with recognised expertise in public international law whose support makes an important contribution to the work of BIICL.’

Current members include: Paul McKell (Chair), Shehzad Charania MBE, Judge Tim Eicke, Professor Vaughan Lowe QC, Sir Iain Macleod KCMG, Maurice Mendelson QC, Professor Roger O'Keefe, Professor Philippa Webb, Sir Michael Wood KCMG, Sam Wordsworth QC, Professor Phoebe Okowa.

Dr Azaria commented:
