Andrew McLean, PhD candidate and Teaching Fellow at UCL Laws, has been named as an International Scholar-in-Residence by the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. The International Scholar-in-Residence Program provides funding of $10,000 for early-career competition law scholars to spend 8-12 weeks in the United States, coinciding with the Annual Spring Meeting of the ABA's Antitrust Section.

While in the US, Andrew will be writing on common ownership and more generally about the role of competition policy under shareholder-led capitalism.

Andrew plans to take up the position in March 2020 and will be based primarily in Washington DC.
