UCL Laws PhD student Aleisha Ebrahimi-Tsamis awarded Joseph Hume Scholarship

The UCL Joseph Hume Scholarship will support Aleisha’s research during her time at UCL Laws.

We are delighted to share that Aleisha Ebrahimi-Tsamis, PhD candidate and Teaching Fellow at UCL Laws, has been awarded the prestigious UCL Joseph Hume Scholarship, awarded on the basis of academic merit and research potential.

The scholarship will help support Aleisha’s research which focuses on gender equality and legislative attempts to eradicate Gender Based Violence in post-conflict countries. Aleisha's areas of expertise include: gender, human rights, public law and refugee law.
