  • UCL Laws collaborates with Yale Law School on English private law

UCL Laws has collaborated with Yale Law School to transform how they look at English private law.

In the case study, Dr Prince Saprai (Associate Professor at UCL Laws) descibes how the partnership with colleagues at Yale Law School was formed; and how the collaboration has enabled them to look at private law in a more interdisciplinary way.

The collaboration with Professor Daniel Markovits is ongoing, with discussions about the possibility of organising a joint UCL-Yale workshop on the philosophy of tort law currently taking place.
