Professor Ioannis Lianos, Professor of Global Competition Law and Public Policy at UCL Laws, has been quoted in an article published by Politico entitled 'Europe’s record offers cautions for a U.S. battle with Google'.
Professor Lianos indicated the uphill battle that bringing a case against Google in the US would be in view of the quite demanding standards of proof under US antitrust law for the enforcement of the anti-monopoly provisions of the Sherman Act.
