Professor Ronan McCrea writes article for The Irish Times on no-deal Brexit

Professor McCrea explains why the UK is headed for a no-deal Brexit, due to the major legal and political obstacles faced by MPs in seeking to prevent the UK leaving with no deal.

Professor Ronan McCrea, Professor of Constitutional and European Law at UCL Laws, has written an article for The Irish Times entitled ‘Little can be done to stop Johnson crashing UK out of EU’.

In the article, Professor McCrea explains why British laws make it difficult to prevent the UK leaving the EU without a deal, even though a no-deal Brexit is rejected by most voters and most MPs.
