Professor Richard Moorhead has been discussing non disclosure agreements in light of topical cases
Professor Richard Moorhead, Chair in Law and Professional Ethics at UCL Laws, has been discussing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in the national press in light of topical news stories, in particular in relation to sexual harrassment and racial abuse in the workplace.
In the interviews including on BBC Radio 4's Today Programme, the BBC News Channel and a piece written for The Telegraph, discussions have included how NDAs have been used and whether they are fair in certain types of cases.
