Professor Paul S Davies’ Accessory Liability shortlisted for Inner Temple Book Prize 2018

The book prize celebrates and rewards outstanding contributions to the understanding of law.

Professor Paul S Davies, Professor of Commercial Law at UCL Laws, has been shortlisted for the Inner Temple Book Prize 2018 for his book Accessory Liability.

Accessory Liability offers an insight into accessory liability in private law for those interested in the law of obligations.

The book was the joint second prize winner of the 2015 Society of Legal Scholars Peter Birks Book Prize for Outstanding Legal Scholarship and has previously been shortlisted for the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum Private Law Prize.

The Inner Temple Book Prize is a triennial competition with two Prizes - one of £12,000 and another of £5,000. Accessory Liability, published by Hart Publishing, is shortlisted for the main prize along with three other books.

The winners will be decided on 25th October, and the awards will be presented on 12th December at the Inner Temple, central London.
