Professor Eloise Scotford & Dr Steven Vaughan publish blog on Environmental Law and legal learning

The blog post is called 'Environmental Law and the core of legal learning: framing the future of environmental lawyers'.

Professor Eloise Scotford, Professor of Environmental Law and Dr Steven Vaughan, Senior Lectureship in Environmental Law at UCL Laws and the Centre for Law and Environment have co-authored a blog post which argues that environmental law is ideally placed for students to develop certain ‘core’ skills of legal reasoning.
The blog post, published on the Oxford University Press blog, discusses how thinking about the core of legal learning has implications for teaching environmental law.
