The Centre for Law, Economics and Society (CLES) report on Competition Law and Brexit has been cited and quoted in the House of Lords, European Union Committee Report on Brexit: Competition and State aid that was released by the Parliament on 2 February 2018.
The CLES report was drafted by Professor Ioannis Lianos, Professor of Global Competition Law and Public Policy and Director of the Centre for Law, Economics and Society at UCL Laws alongside with Dr Despoina Mantzari, Lecturer in Competition Law and Regulation at the University of Reading School of Law (formerly a PhD student at UCL Laws), Professor Florian Wagner-von Papp, Professor of Antitrust and Comparative Law & Economics at UCL Laws, Dr Florence Thépot, Lecturer in Competition and European Union Law at the University of Glasgow School of Law (formerly a PhD student at UCL Laws).
