Dr Barnali Choudhury gives a talk at an international conference at Shanghai

Dr Barnali Choudhury, Senior Lecturer at UCL Faculty of Laws, recently gave a talk at an international conference at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in China.

The conference entitled, ‘The Corporation in a Changing World’ was hosted by the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and invited academics from around the world to share their perspectives on the conference’s theme.

Dr Choudhury’s talk focused on public-oriented corporate governance mechanisms and the limits of these increasingly popular governmental regulatory tools. The proceedings of the conference are set to be published shortly.
