Professor Philippe Sands QC receives honorary degree from The University of East Anglia

Professor Sands QC said:

‘I feel tremendously privileged by this honour and the continuing connection with UEA and Norwich which it entails – it is also of special, personal significance,  as the city was the home of the Surrey Chapel and Miss Tilney, the lady who in 1939 saved the life of an infant child who would later become my mother.’
