Professor Charles Mitchell elected to Fellowship of the British Academy

Professor Charles Mitchell, Professor of Law at UCL Faculty of Laws, has been elected to a Fellowship of the British Academy in recognition of his outstanding research in the field of English private law, particularly the law of unjust enrichment and the law of trusts.
Professor Mitchell said:
‘I am delighted to have been elected and to join the distinguished group of colleagues at UCL Laws who have previously been honoured in this way. I look forward to participating in the British Academy’s public and scholarly activities.’
Other Faculty members who are Fellows of the British Academy are Professor Lord Collins, Professor Michael Freeman, Professor Dame Hazel Genn, Professor Sir Ian Kennedy, Professor Dawn Oliver, Professor Joanne Scott, and Professor William Twining.
