Dr Barnali Choudhury and Dr Martin Petrin publish new company law book

Dr Barnali Choudhury and Dr Martin Petrin, both Senior Lecturers at UCL Faculty of Laws, are the editors of the newly published Understanding the Company: Corporate Governance and Theory (Cambridge University Press).

The book represents views on corporate governance and the role of corporations in society from a comparative perspective and contains contributions by leading authors including Lynn Stout (Cornell), William Bratton (Penn) and Andrew Keay (Leeds).
