Philippe Sands talks to the Guardian about war crimes justice in the former Yugoslavia

Professor Philippe Sands QC, Professor of Law at UCL Faculty of Laws, spoke to the Guardian about the pivotal role of the international criminal tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on war crimes justice.
