UCL-Yale workshops in legal philosophy 2016

The UCL-Yale Workshop in Legal Philosophy is an annual seminar series alternating between UCL and Yale

US Supreme Court

It features work in progress presented by UCL and Yale Faculty, as well as speakers from other universities.

Jointly convened by UCL Laws’ Professor George Letsas and Professor Scott Shapiro from Yale Law School, the UCL-Yale Workshop in Legal Philosophy will feature work in progress presented by researchers from both universities, as well as invited speakers from other institutions.

This year’s programme for the UCL-Yale Workshops include papers by:
