Nigel Balmer receives IJMR Collaborative Research Award

The International Journal of Market Research Executive Editorial Board has presented its Collaborative Research Award to Dr Nigel Balmer and Andrew Cleary of IPSOS MORI
Dr Balmer, Reader in Law and Social Statistics at UCL Laws, received the award for the paper, ‘The impact of between-wave engagement on response to a longitudinal survey’, co-authored with Cleary, which focuses on methods to maintain participant engagement and participation in longitudinal surveys.
The Collaborative Research Award, awarded in association with Warc, is presented annually to celebrate the partnership between academic researchers and agency practitioners. The winning paper will be published in volume 57, issue 4 of IJMR, which will be sent to Fellows and Certified Members in July 2015.
