Georgina Petrova

Biography: 

Georgina joined the Faculty in October 2017 as a Teaching Fellow in Contract Law.  Georgina is a graduate of UCL and a practising barrister at the London office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.

Georgina specialises in international arbitration and commercial litigation.   Her practice focuses on the oil & gas, energy and mining sectors.  Georgina has represented a range of clients, including states, multinational companies, and high-net-worth individuals in commercial disputes throughout the world. She has experience of litigation in the United Kingdom and related jurisdictions, as well as domestic and international arbitration.

Georgina is fluent in English, Bulgarian and German and has a working knowledge of French and Russian.
