Organized by Dr Danae Azaria, as PI of the State Silence project, the workshop ‘State Silence Across International Law’ (10-11 December 2021, by invitation only) brings together 27 world-renowned experts from across the world to discuss how ‘reactive State silence’ has contributed to the development of different fields of international law, including use of force, international human rights law, international humanitarian and criminal law, cyberspace law, international economic law, law of the sea, international environmental law and outer space law.
