About the conference

The aim of this annual event is to bring together the worlds of academia and practice in order to reflect on some of the key developments and challenges facing competition law and policy in Europe. Generally, this conference aims to promote 'outside of the box' thinking on recent controversies in competition law and policy. This year we will explore the following issues: (i) the DMA in terms of substance, policy, procedure and its relationship with competition law, (ii) sustainability and competition law, and (iii) privacy and competition law. The topics and the invited speakers have been jointly chosen by UCL and White & Case. We are looking forward to a lively debate.
