This lunchtime seminar features Professor Davide Ravasi, UCL School of Management in discussing his work on organisational culture and change. In particular, organisations and corporations are increasingly engaging with modern developments in technological advances such as machine learning that may structurally change the face of business strategy, operations and the workplace, as well as disintermediating and ‘platformising’ technologies such as distributed ledger technology. This seminar is intended to flesh out theoretically informed opinions and also features discussants from the UCL Faculty of Laws and industry.
