About the talk:

Whether it is an investment treaty case, a construction dispute, or a joint venture or contract breach, the dispute usually comes down to the numbers and the value of the company or of the claim.  This talk will bring out some of the issues in preparing a valuation, in evaluating the underlying evidence and in relation to experts’ duties from both an expert’s and a practitioner’s point of view.
