MPhil/PhD Candidate in Public International Law
Céline joined the State Silence Research Project (ERC funded) led by Dr. Danae Azaria in April 2021. As part of this project, she is pursuing a PhD on the non-appearance of states before international courts and tribunals. Her thesis aims to analyse how the non-participation of states is perceived by international courts and what consequences this conduct may have on their proceedings.
