Does Facebook aid authoritarian regimes?

In response to Cambodia's Prime Minister, Hun Sen, leaving Facebook, Dr Will Brehm says this shows Cambodia is untangling its politics from social media – a positive step forwards considering 'Facebook’s role in eroding democracy in many countries around the world.'
