How did the pandemic affect the stress levels of neurodivergent children and their families?

A study co-led by Professor Jo Van Herwegen showed that the anxiety levels of neurodivergent children and their parents increased at the beginning of the pandemic; while these children's anxiety levels eventually decreased, their parents continued to experience stress.
