The UCL Alumni Volunteering Awards recognise outstanding alumni who generously give their time to support the UCL community.

Sasha Shen (Higher Education Studies MA, 2019) won a Gold Award as Alumni Volunteer of the Year. Since graduation, Sasha has maintained a close bond with UCL, volunteering in various capacities as an alumni representative. By creating testimonial videos, taking part in case studies, speaking at events and appearing in publications, Sasha has helped many prospective students feel informed about joining the UCL student body.

Other winners included Evdoxia Nerantzi (Education and Technology MA, 2015) who won a Silver Award, and Jennese Alozie (Special and Inclusive Education MA, 2010) and Dimple (Dipel) Khagram (Education and International Development MA, 2016) who were in the UCL Connect: Navigating Uncertainty Series Group who won a Silver Award.

They are part of 17 outstanding alumni volunteers who were recognised at the awards.
