UCL event brings together innovators in Primary Education

The event is part of the alumni Teachmeet series and will see alumni share their personal insights into teaching and how they implement new ideas, work with innovative technology and enthuse learners in the classroom.

Topics will include using robotics to teach abstract problem solving skills beyond a ‘standard’ maths lesson, how storytelling can be used artfully to enhance classroom environments and the impact of EdTech.

Other talks will focus on how to incorporate mindfulness in teaching and how one project provided personalised learning platforms to 180,000 children in Kenya.

The event will take place from 6.30pm – 9.00pm on Thursday 25 October at the UCL Institute of Education.
