The ‘Refuge in a Moving World’ network – an IAS initiative led by the MRU's Co-Director, Prof Elena Fiddian-Qasmiyeh – brings together experts from across the UCL who work on displacement, forced migration, exile and conflict. It is grounded on the understanding that cross-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary research is essential to develop a full understanding of, and a means of responding to, the human, material and representational effects of intersecting processes of mass displacement around the world.
