qUCL is searching for a co-Director

qUCL – UCL’s LGBT research network – is looking for a co-director to join the current director, Dr Simon Lock, from January 2022.

Responsibilities include convening qUCL's annual events programme; helping maintain the qUCL web pages; liaising with staff and students affiliated to qUCL, including convening planning meetings; fostering and promoting doctoral research in queer/LGBT studies and related fields; maintaining links with UCL’s LGBTQ+ Advisory Group LEAG; organising and contributing to the team-taught Masters module ‘Critical Introduction to Sexuality Studies’ (from Sept 2022, tbc). The directorship is normally held for three years. Any teaching release or other workload adjustment associated with the role would need to be negotiated with the department and faculty concerned.
