On Friday 16 February 2024, the IAS will be convening a workshop on History and Politics of Knowledge

The IAS is convening a workshop for anyone at UCL working on the history, politics or ethics of knowledge, especially (but not only) in relation to social equity and social justice. The history of knowledge, broadly conceived, is a rapidly expanding field and we are interested in identifying the scope for some focused activity and community-building, both at UCL and beyond. We will arrange a day of short research presentations (10-15 minutes), networking and discussion, with a view to exploring how best to take forward our shared interests and intellectual agendas.

If you would like to present your work on that day, please send a title and short abstract (up to 200 words) to the IAS Director, Nicola Miller, by Monday 20 November (nicola.miller@ucl.ac.uk).
