About Every Mind Matters
The campaign aims to support everyone to feel more confident in taking action to look after their mental health and wellbeing by promoting a range of self-care actions to promote good mental health and tackle common problems, as well as signposting to wider resources and services for those in greater need.

The impact and experience of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has been different for everyone, as has how we have reacted, but there's no doubt it's been a really difficult time for us all. To help you cope in these difficult times, Every Mind Matters offer a range of tips and resources. Topics include:

If you would like to share information about Every Mind Matters in your area, Public Health England provide a range of resources, such as posters, conversation starter cards, PowerPoint presentations and a short film, that can be ordered from them or downloaded from their website.
