The campaign aims to support everyone to feel more confident in taking action to look after their mental health and wellbeing by promoting a range of self-care actions to promote good mental health and tackle common problems, as well as signposting to wider resources and services for those in greater need.

Coronavirus and mental wellbeing

The impact and experience of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has been different for everyone, as has how we have reacted, but there's no doubt it's been a really difficult time for us all. To help you cope in these difficult times, Every Mind Matters offer a range of tips and resources. Topics include:

Urgent support

If you require urgent support, Every Mind Matters offers contact details of mental health services and charities that can help, as well as advise on when to seek help from your GP.


If you would like to share information about Every Mind Matters in your area, Public Health England provide a range of resources, such as posters, conversation starter cards, PowerPoint presentations and a short film, that can be ordered from them or downloaded from their website.

Workplace Wellbeing will be able to supply you with co-branded posters, conversation starter cards and a plasma screen image. Please contact ohw-wellbeing@ucl.ac.uk to request materials for your department.
