Darryl de Ruiter is a palaeoanthropologist that specialises the ecology and evolution of the australopithecines of the African continent. Based at Texas AM University, he is currently involved in the research of the latest new species of hominin - Homo naledi

He will be at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History from 1pm to 3pm.
